Latest course dates for mum and baby yoga in Southport

Yoga for new mums and babies – 4 week courses starting on 21 March 2017 and on 25 April 2017. Running every Tuesdays 10-11AM for 4 weeks.  
 
Sign up for this 4 week course to re-connect with your body after childbirth and return to exercise in a safe, relaxing and nourishing yoga class. Each class will offer you the opportunity to learn relaxation techniques, restore your energy and bond with your baby using tailored yoga poses and baby massage.
 
Postnatal Yoga classes are a perfect opportunity for new mums and babies (pre-crawlers only) to bond in a quiet and soothing environment. Postnatal Yoga encourages new Mums to gently work with their body building up their physical exercise safely and slowly. Yoga can provide new Mums with many benefits physically, energetically and emotionally, helping you to rest and improve sleep (when your baby allows!).
 
Liz, at Renewed You Yoga, welcomes new Mum’s and babies (pre-crawlers only) to the Old Dairy, 91A King Street, Southport PR8 1LQ (There is no parking at the venue).
 
The course must be pre-booked in advance for £40. Spaces are limited and there are 3 Early Bird places available at £36 first come first served.
 
This class is suitable for Mums six weeks after childbirth or eight weeks after a caesarean (and approved by your GP).

Liz is a 785 hour qualified Hatha yoga, nāda yoga (yoga of sound), & pregnancy yoga teacher. Liz was a practising Solicitor in London before the opportunity to travel in 2015 took her to India and S E Asia for 6 months where she explored and deepened her yoga and meditation practice. She initially qualified with Akhanda Yoga in Rishikesh and since October 2017 has been travelling, studying and deepening her spiritual connection again in India, and S E Asia.
