Yoga classes in Southport until Tuesday 7 February 2017

Hi All

My class timetable will run now until Tuesday 7 February 2017. I am then away for a couple of weeks returning  on Friday 24 February 2017 and I will confirm my class timetable upon my return (and subject to jet lag!).

Before then, there are a couple of weeks where I am away over the weekend so these are the classes that are not on from now until Tuesday 7 February 2017.

  • Akhanda Hatha Yoga on Mondays @ 17:15-18:00 45 mins for £5 – No class on Mon 30 January 2017
  • Akhanda Hatha Yoga on Wednesdays @ 7pm 1 hour for £6 – Last class on 1 February 2017
  • Restore & Renew Yoga on Fridays @18:30 1 hour for £6 – No class on 13 Jan & 27 Jan. Last class on 3 February 2017
  • Akhanda Hatha Yoga on Saturdays @ 9am 1 hour for £6 – No class on 14 Jan & 28 Jan. Last class on 4 February 2017
  • Pregnancy Yoga on Tuesdays @18:45-20:00 75 mins – Last class on 7 February 2017


Meditation: The guided monthly meditation is on Monday 16 January 2017 at 7.30pm at Massage Therapy Rooms by Aimee in Birkdale.

Workshops: Join me on Sunday 5 February for the Stress Management Workshop – an afternoon focusing on relaxation, rest, nutrition and gentle exercise to reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety. Further details here.

Liz is a 785 hour qualified Hatha yoga, nāda yoga (yoga of sound), & pregnancy yoga teacher.
