Dear All,

I will be finishing for the Christmas break with a final Akhanda Hatha class on Wednesday 21 December 2016. There is still plenty of time to join me during the Christmas madness so do feel free to contact me to book into a class:

Mondays 17:15-18:00 45 min Akhanda Hatha Yoga £5

Tuesdays 18:45-20:00 75 min Pregnancy Yoga £11 or £36 (£9 x4 classes for a block booking)

Wednesdays 19:00-20:00 1 hour Akhanda Hatha Yoga £6

Fridays 18:30-19:30 1 hour Restore & Renew Yoga £6

Saturdays 9:00-10:00 1 hour Akhanda Hatha Yoga £6

If I don’t see you before Christmas then may I take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas with love and light for 2017. Thank you for reading these blogs and supporting my journey into yoga this year – I have felt and received support near and far, from new friends and old, from family and perfect strangers. It’s been an honour to share this experience with you.

Whether you are religious or not this is a special time of year to slow down, spend quality time with those who truly matter and warm your hearts. To take some well deserved rest, watch a Christmas film and eat a mince pie (or ten). It’s also an opportune time to consider what you may have learned from your experiences this year, to let go of something which has been holding you back and set yourself a positive intention for 2017 – perhaps not to punish yourself with a gruelling diet or a exercise regime but to set a New Year’s Resolution for your heart and soul. I hope that in 2017 I continue to develop my trust in myself and my instinct on how to live my life. That I remain open to every possibility that I am blessed to have. Sometimes in the noise, in the drama, in the demands of life we can all lose sight of the fact that most of us have choice. Most of us have all that we truly need.

Be Merry, Be Happy, Be Free.

Namaste x
